Commercial Guy was a member of D.O.P.E. who constantly quoted commercials. He had no known powers or heroic qualities.

Commercial Guy
In the Initial Era Commercial Guy first appeared in D.O.P.E. Volume 1, Number 3 (1992). He came to a meeting as a result of an alarm but then declined to fight in the battle when excused by Leper.
In issue #4, we learn he is official D.O.P.E. member #38.
