Dr. Kutrubium is a crazy doctor/teacher at Everest High School, who along with his unnamed Track Team Vampire and Jimmy Paine, attempt to attack students in Mr. Batrile's class, but is confronted by the Crimson Avenger.

He appears in "The Crimson Avenger" #3 in the Initial Era.
