Harvey

Harvey is a guard at Caplo Asylum.

Initial Era[]

In "The Adventures of Sprinkles" Number 1 (1992), Harvey is a victim of Sprinkles when he and Jack escaped from Caplo Asylum. Later, Jack disguises himself as Harvey to trick and attack fellow guard Jim.
