The Quadropolis Times is a newspaper in the city of Quadropolis, rival to the Daily Gonad. It first appeared in the Initial Era, in "Sprinkles and Jack, the Psychotic Vigilantes" #1, where it ran stories on Captain Nutso and Spunky, and Snuffy the Sea Turtle.
